Summer Jazz Camp 2024

The Institute hosts a two week Summer Jazz Camp with a concert on Friday, June 21st at 11:00AM at the Campus Life Center in Barrington.  Students rehearse 5 days for 2 weeks in a combo setting learning beginning to advanced jazz techniques and improvisation.

Registration is open to students with a minimum of three years experience on their instrument.  All instruments welcome.

This camp is taught by Mr. Joshua Thompson, band director, Lake Zurich High School.  Mr. Thompson will determine placement.

DATE:  Monday June 10 –  Friday June 21

TIME:  ALL  10:00am-11:30am/ADVANCED  11:30am-12:00pm
